Do we share your PII with other parties, for any reason what so ever?
No. It’s that simple. Our Invite System & Website are custom built EQUINOX products, therefore no third party has access to this data. This information is kept strictly confidential and only between the relevant EQUINOX employees.

How do we protect visitor information?
Our website is scanned on a regular basis for security holes and known vulnerabilities in order to make your visit to our site as safe as possible. We do not use an SSL certificate. We only provide articles and information, and we never ask for your private information.

Do we use ‘cookies’?
We do use cookies during our annual EQUINOX Production Premiere competitions to assist with the legitimacy of the competition & overall User Experience.

How does our site handle do not track signals?
We honor “Do Not Track” signals and do not use advertising when a Do Not Track (DNT) browser mechanism is in place.

Yes we allow third party behavioural tracking.

In order to be in line with Fair Information Practices we will take the following responsive action, should a data breach occur:
We will notify the users via email within maximum of 2 business days.
